About
I joined the Department of Philosophy at the University of Leeds in the fall of 2005. Before my move to Leeds, I taught at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. And before that, I did my PhD at Rutgers University. My current interests include the imagination, the nature of artistic style, the ontology of the multiple arts, the semantics of aesthetic adjectives, and the aesthetic issues raised by comics and graphic novels. I am Treasurer of the British Society of Aesthetics. I am also a Trustee of the American Society for Aesthetics.
