About

My current research attempts to connect how people perceive and feel about spaces as they walk through them to the physical nature of the urban form.

This involves overlaying perceptions and emotions onto the urban form, and comparing them with differences between urban structural unit and Space Syntax properties of the local environment.

I have a number of research interests connected to urbanism and how humans interact in cities; together with transport networks (particularly rail) and the organisational politics involved in their planning and operation.
